Refund and Cancellation Policy

Senior Care Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled date via our contact form. For requests made within 14 days, we offer one complimentary rescheduling. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 21 days.

Certain special workshops and third-party engagements are marked non-refundable in their descriptions due to pre-arranged commitments.

Informational Materials

Digital products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided they have not been accessed or downloaded in full. Submit requests through our contact form. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.

Goods

Physical items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if returned in their original condition. To initiate a refund, ship the items to our office address. Shipping costs are not refundable. After inspection, refunds are sent to the original method of payment within 21 days. For replacements, please contact us through our contact form.

Non-Refundable Services

Services explicitly labeled non-refundable are subject to final sale due to vendor and staffing arrangements. We reserve resources and make commitments once bookings are confirmed, making cancellations impractical.
